The quality is terrible. To return any items you must send them back to CHINA which costs a fortune. Very deceiving … no mention of the involved return policy. Pictures are beautiful and reviews good… nothing like the real items. I can’t believe reviews on site are legitimate.

Product not acceptable. Material see through. Told to keep products as too expensive to return and I could have a 35% of total paid (£12.33) refund as compensation. Now I’ve been instructed this amount is to be used against future purchases which I will never use. 😡

If I could do no stars I would. Placed order on March 22nd to be delivered between April 4th and 7th; April 8th nothing!! I contacted them only for them to say due to Covid my order will be delayed by a further week. It is now April 18th and NOTHING!! I am so upset and disappointed I hate the thought that I ordered from thid company. The only thing stopping me from cancelling are the reviews talking about the nitemare in trying to get money back. Cant wait for my nitemare to go away!

I am staggered at the astonishingly low quality of what I bought. Colours and style bore a minimum resemblance to what i thought I was buying. Do not be fooled!

Dress wrong size I see they haven’t replied to any of the reviews it’s obvious they make it very hard to return any goods this company needs looking into they are ripping people off do not use no phone number no address if you’re items don’t fit or you don’t like them you will be robbed 100%

Ordered 2 t-shirts that were delivered with 3x size necks & x-small bodies. Neck trim was stiff as cardboard. Returned product and they offered to refund less then purchase price. Hard card company put sale into dispute status.

I ordered a couple of jogging bottoms for my husband in size 3XL as he is 6’2” with a 36” waist and both pairs were a completely different size and were no where near the sizes quoted on their guide. I am 5’2” and size 10/12 and they fitted me that’s how far out in the sizing they are. One pair fitted me perfectly in length and the other was more the length it should be.

Extremely disappointed with my two orders. The sizes are not what they say, the material was awful. Look so lovely in photo, would not use this site again, or recommend, in fact I would advise against anyone using it. Trying to return is a joke. Charity shop will get them.

Run from this company. They can't be trusted. I ordered a wig and they sent me the wrong product. What they sent me is not new. A used cheap synthetic wig that is not worth buying. They have no return address and no contact number. It's a scam, don't be a victim!

Ordered an outdoor jacket….. quality awful have tried to get refund they make it as difficult as possible. RUBBISH company do not use them think all the good reviews are FAKE…… AVOID

After reading so many bad reviews (after already ordering) I was a bit concerned. Tracking provided couldn’t be found which made me worry even more. The dress I ordered arrived today and it is absolutely beautiful, slightly different to the picture of what I bought but it is much nicer. Will use again,Thankyou.

If I could give this joke of a company below 1 star I most certainly would. Make sure you consider your purchase with this company, as the product quality is some of the cheapest I have ever purchased in my life and keep in mind the prices are not low then add in the ridiculous shipping charges. And if the items don't work for you, it will cost you almost as much as your purchase to even consider returning them. Seriously do not go by the reviews on their site for each product, they have to be made up, as no one would want to wear the products they sell. Out $150.00 but would cost me $81.00 to return them, plus I see scam all over that. The return policy states must be in original packaging with new tags on, well guess what not 1 of 5 items even had tag on them, so my guess I will send back and not receive credit anyway. So I tell myself, SUCK IT UP buttercup, you made a mistake. Always go with your first gut reaction and that was not to even bother, but I did. Shame on me. Save yourself the money and hassle you won't be satisfied.

Dress and coat were nothing like the picture. Gives Manchester address but it’s obviously cheap Chinese knock off. Trying to get refund was pointless as they Insisted on photographic proof of garment under a fluorescent light. Who has one of those these days. DONT BE FOOLED

Horrendous company, waited over 8 weeks for my order, after being promised 2 week delivery. When it eventually arrived it was shocking, not evenly sewn together. Crimped material. The material itself is so cheap and nasty. This company definitely have good photographers who falsely promote such bad quality. Tried to obtain refund through their procedures, never responded to my refund request so now need to seek refund through my credit card. Buyers please be aware how poor the quality is and you will never obtain any communication or refund from them.

Please avoid this company. The items took weeks to arrive and were poor quality and random sizing. I ordered a top and dress in the same size, one was huge and one too small. The refund system is made deliberately difficult by LiB, you have to provide a photograph of each item individually (why??) and request a refund. They then delay for days and days, so that the 7 day refund period expires. I have contacted their customer services and social media pages and have to accept the fact that I've lost £50. Awful company to deal with and I'm going to contact my bank as this money has been taken fraudulently, as the goods are not of the standard I would expect.

Very bad experience. The dresses are not actually what they appear in the image. Then if you don't like it and want to return the items, you won't be allowed to return but will be given options to get a discount to buy new items. Awful experience. My money is gone. Don't lose yours!

All went wrong. Shipping way too long. Product was nothing like presented on the website (color, quality). I do not recommend. Better buy from somewhere else. Also, the return policy is too complicated (you have to pay to send the package back to China, including photos and other forms, with no guarantee that you will receive your money back).
