“My return parcel has arrived in China for nearly a month with China custom, the post office has asked a few times to call the receipt to contact China custom due to the delivery ia being held by them....i have contacted company's customer service for more than 5 times, just nobody reply me saying how to solve this issue, I guess they just don't want to refund me as their promise...very disappointed their service....never suggest anybody to buy their any products....waste of time waste of money”

“I ordered two fascinators and they arrived in the time frame expected but, unfortunately, only packed in a plastic bag, and Royal Mail managed to squeeze it through the letter box! They are not looking good at the moment but I'm hoping they may spring back into a better shape in a day or two!”

These products are fragile, so these products are supposed to be packed with sufficient protection. If these were delivered in bad condition, then we will take full responsibility. “I purchased an outfit for my daughters wedding. The product arrived and I was devastated. The pants were three sizes too big and the top was two sizes too small. I performed the measurements and followed all procedures to return and the only response were emails saying this was custom made and could not be returned. I did not send measurements but ordered a size they had available so this was not custom made. They are misleading, very hard to deal with and led me to believe that my item could be returned. I contacted them immediately with my issues. The quality was also very poor. The outfit was very expensive and I am so sorry I did not read reviews on this company before I purchased. I will never purchase anything from this company again. BUYER BEWARE! IF I COULD CHECK 0 STARS I Would.”
