LightInTheBox is an excellent company, that have been in existence for long, they are well structured and can be relied on in terms of affordable price of goods, good delivery services and customer support, they keep their promises to customers and maintain a good relationship..i would recommend to anyone.

LightInTheBox is very customer friendly, although I had my doubts at first but the way the relate with customers is quite impressive, their prices are quite pocket friendly and their delivery is swift and less stressful. They are recommendable for a stress shopping.

They stole my money. Twice. They sent me the wrong item, and refused to refund. After a month of hastle, they sent me a credit to my lightinthebox account, which I can only use for a purchase twice that amount! Because of this, I dared to order another item to use that credit. Coupla days later, they canceled the order saying the item is not on stock. But they only paid a portion back, not the full amount. Customer service is one of the worst I have seen from the many online shops I have every experienced in my life. This site is a scam! Or the least I can say is that they might be legit but has a very poor customer relation policy.

Awesome services which are easy to navigate through.. I got my order in less than 48 hours. Great customer service. The product that I had ordered for came in handy.. Was perfect. looking forward to ordering again.

🤬🤬I placed a order. Paid them... They took my money. Then stated there were fraud issues that is why they can not send my order. I was told it would be be back in my account within 3 to 5 days... Its almost a month and still no money!!!!! Don't support them.. They are stealing and a disgrace!!!! Where is my money!!!! 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

This is a terrible company. Don't listen to their promises; they won't let you return merchandise. The sizes are way off! It takes forever to receive the product, even when you pay extra. I learned my lesson twice. The first dress I ordered was too small in the jacket, but fit OK. For the price, I decided to order a larger size and use the larger jacket with the smaller dress. Well, it was way too big and in a different color than the first one. That plan didn't work! They must send you whatever is on their shelf. I asked to return one (I was willing to eat the cost of the other one) and was told that sizing is not an approved reason for return. Duh! This is a Chinese company who is only interested in your money. Run!!! Did I mention China?? It takes forever and the quality isn't that great either.

Please let me explain. --- Regarding the dress itself, it is a Made-To-Order product. It means we don't have a factory full of machine made dresses. Your dress was tailored just for you once you place your order. Based on our policy, we could not accept return for non-quality Made-To-Order products. You can check the return policy statement in following link. https://www.lightinthebox.com/nh/Return-Policy.html?prm=1.0.87.0 --- Regarding the size issue: Please be advised that all our clothes are made based on our own size chart. We provide the specific measurements for both the dress and the wrap of each size in our size chart. So you need to measure yourself first and refer to the size chart to decide which size to take. If you just pick normal size without refer to the measurements, the clothes always do not fit properly. We appreciate your kind understanding in advance. --- Regarding the color issue: It was found your 2 dresses were not placed at the same time. The second one was placed 1 month later than the first one. Please be noted slightly color difference might be caused by the different batch of vat for processing. Hope you understand it. I truly value you as our customer and do really want to help you. I loved shopping and had a great over all shopping experience with LightInTheBox; however, they have slow delivery process and the products that are recieved are not as good quality as expected. But they do have a really good customer support and I will definitely consider them again while shopping.

Am so disappointed in lightin the box after trusting them they made me wait for over a long time..there shipping is very slow and the worst of all is that the goods are not good I received some spoilt products it made me very angry .but all the same it a good shopping platform

Honestly, I'm totally satisfied, this was my first order in LightInTheBox and I would say their service was best. Their customer support are very friendly too! I am looking forward to buy more from here and would suggest everyone to buy from her.

Light In The Box is a very respected company, and Im happy that im one of their customers, even though with their great services which they offers to their customers, Im not satisfied 100% with their work, for instance the shipping fees and the shipping companies which they offers to my country are very limited and pricey, its not possible for me to spend another 10 or 15 dollars as an extra fee for shipping, plus the shipping carriers are very limited and some of them have problems in dealing with my country, another problem that I faced is that not all the products are available to me, I really hope that they will work on that, however, as an overall my experiment with this company was good, and I will buying from them again in the near future
