“Please never use this company! I ordered a jumper which cost me £25 & I never received it. Whenever I emailed them it was always the same response that it had been lost in transit & they would send me another. I only wish I had read the reviews first. They shouldn’t be allowed to continue trading!”

“48 70p taking out of bank account on goods I have never received and I have received no notice if and when I will ever received I have tried the e mail address it does not exist I have seen lots of things I would like to buy but I am very weary”

“Their quality is terrible and returning an item seems to be impossible. I have been trying for 4 days and their system will not load my photos and their live chat will not work. So I am stuck with two pieces that are not as advertised and will not do business with them again.”

From the website, a return can be requested very easily. I saw that you've ordered 8 different products, can you let me know which ones you need to return? After this is known, I'm going to guide you through the process. In addition, I've found that this order reached you within promised schedule. Please note most chosen items were not in stock at the warehouse, and are announced on the website with an additional processing time.
