I am still waiting trying to return and exchange my items. I do like the items but they were to big. I found it a little complicated when it came to returns. (eg taking pictures measurements, uploading, no address to send mentioned and paying for your return etc) whereas some websites are straight forward print labels and return.

Brilliant service great choice of goods and they keep you up to date on the progress of the delivery of your goods, carnt fault them the goods are the size they say they are. Really pleased with everything I have ordered will be using them again.

Delivery can’t be faulted and tracking was great. Using the measurement chart provided I ordered a jacket one size bigger than the chart suggested, it arrived yesterday and I can’t get into it at all, I would need to have gone 3-4 sizes bigger at least. Bit disappointing just need to find a child who needs a gift now.

Of the 2 purchases so far received, one was excellent, one was too tight in the sleeves but otherwise as expected. Could do with cheaper return methods.

The wig I bought from Lightinthebox was really good. I'd previously bought two wigs from another site and they were much more expensive. They had far too much hair and didn't feel right when wearing them whereas the wig from Lightinthebox was nice and light to wear and I much preferred the color too. I like the combination of pale blonde and light grey. Looks nice. People I know just thought I'd had my hair colored, and said they didn't realize it was a wig. I'm now looking to buy another, I'm spoiled for choice but it's a good problem to have and I am enjoying looking.

I have only been shopping with Light In The Box for a short while, and apart from some size issues, most of my experiences have been well. Because I am still reasonably new to internet shopping I wasn't sure as to what I would get, but I have been impressed with the service that I have received. In a way I am used to a slower mail order service where a company would ask you to allow for at least 28 days before they had even processed the order, let alone started to deliver it. From start to finish I only seem to be waiting around 3 weeks with you, which I'm reasonably happy with. Although some of my friends think that this is a long time especially when considering next day delivery is available with some companies. Personally I understand that it takes time to move goods around the world but I know that other people might not see this. I wonder if it might be a good idea to advertise this fact a bit more. I know that when I order there is an estimated delivery date, but this is something that so far I have only seen towards the end of the ordering process. Also whilst I understand the difference between shipping and delivery, I wonder if the words "Ships in 24hrs," that I have seen on some of the goods could be a little misleading! As for the goods themselves, I have seen an amazing range and there is quite a lot of stuff that I would like to buy. The only problem is the length of time that it is available for. I understand that seasonal goods come and go, after all, yesterday for example was Halloween and in a few weeks time we will all be celebrating Christmas. But I have placed goods in my cart which have soon gone before I have had a chance to actually buy them. Is this because you have a limited stock? and if so is there any way of actually knowing what you have or even if it will be available again some time in the future? I know that I have e mails encouraging me to buy before stock runs out, but sometimes I'm not able to buy what I would like to at the time. I don't normally buy clothes over the internet, as sometimes it's hard to know exactly what your getting, and could get something different. In a way this has happened here. I bought some leggings in the hope of soft cotton ones. Some of them were and these are the ones I like the most. When looking back at the order I see that they are marked up with the words Fashion. The others I ordered were very much like sports wear and have the words Sport, Yoga, and Sporty Athleisure in their description. It has taken me a while to understand the descriptions, but I am finally there and have a better confidence with future orders. I know that it may be difficult to do but maybe this could be reworded so as to assist those who might not choose to buy so much. Finally are the sizes. An interesting one here as I have gained a few pounds recently and did wonder how your clothes would fit. The leggings all do in XL and 2XL. The XL fit well enough but the 2XL fit a bit better. (I have some 3XL on order which should be interesting.) I was surprised that XL wouldn't be big enough as it normally does for other clothes that I wear. Also, I have had a pair that was marked up as one size and were a little on the small size, as well as some underware that I was expecting to be a bit bigger. However a part of this is a learning process which helps me to know what to look out for when buying so as to select the right size. In all, although there have been some diferences, I am happy with what I have bought and will be buying from you again some time soon. :-)

I ordered a hoodie but in wrong size, they quickly changed it for me after I emailed them. Full tracking on item which arrived exactly as described would recommend and use again.
