eventually my package delivered after lingering on for weeks,but at this time in curious to know where my other parcel swanned off to which initially ordered before than one and decided in cancelling

My first 2 purchases were of very good quality and true to the photo and description the last purchase was very very disappointing not only nowhere near the description but also a totally different colour and poor quality and 1 day later reduced from the price I paid to half price won't be ordering again

My wife has had some! clothing she has pleased with However we have had the runaround since early January, Clothing not! as described or as in photos, If they don't send returns labels and My full refund their products will receive negative posts & reviews thoughout the internet. returns are impossible they want me to pay to return goods to China. They will not refund , keep bartering 30% and keep the goods / rags, all the way up to 70% . All I want are prepayed returns LABELS AND MY FULL REFUND! will send to ,Trading standards.?

Initially, I was unsure about purchasing from abroad and normally would bypass advertisements but my trousers were of good quality and arrived within the allotted time frame. I so was that pleased that I ordered another pair promptly. I have been in touch with the company via messenger to which I was answered politely and quickly.

My goods have been "processing " for two weeks and they will now not arrive in time to take them on holiday as gifts for my family. I have emailed the company twice and have not even had the courtesy of an acknowledgment.

I was disappointed with all the clothing that I ordered. Looking back, the photographs were quite blurred so it was hard to see the clothing design details. I also ordered some items for my cats which I'm delighted with. I won't buy clothes again; flimsy fabric & fitted badly.

I have purchased a dress which is far too big. I didn’t realise I would have to send it back to China at a cost of £22 as it can only go by tracked. And Royal Mail have had a cyber attack so are not doing overseas. So I am stuck with a dress to big and no refund
