I ordered an xl ladies jacket which took a month to arrive and fitted a small child- when I asked for a full refund I was told I had to return in to china which would cost over half what I paid for it - alternatively I could keep it and receive a 2.5% refund- this is terrible service - dont buy from them - I will give my jacket to a charity shop to teach myself that if something looks too cheap it probably is !

Light in the box advertise mink eyelashes as being "100% cruelty free" why are they lying to customers? Disgusting.

I bought 3 curtains from Lightinthebox and after receiving them saw that they are not as expected. I contacted the customerservice and they helped me with fixing the issue. I recommend lightinthebox to other customers.

This is Customer Service Supervisor from Lightinthebox. I will follow up your case. We've checked and regret to find that you returned the package without our customer service's approval. Based on our policy, if you want to return an order, you need to get the approval and the "Return Instructions" from our customer service firstly. It is because we will clearly tell how to return the order in our "Return Instructions". In our return instructions, we will clearly tell our customers to use the "cheapest tracking service of the POST OFFICE" to return to China, otherwise, the package will get stuck in Custom Office and we couldn't be responsible for it. We'll also NOT accept packages from express like DHL, FedEx, etc. Sorry that you returned the order without following up our return instructions. We were unable to accepted your package returned via DHL since DHL charged us more than 2 times of the order price tax fee. We are afraid that your package will be finally abandoned by the customs. So usually we could not process any refund for you. However, I found you were a new customer to us and might not familiar with our policies. As I truly value you as our customer, I would like to seek a better solution for you. I had conducted new Ticket ID =22208955 in our ticket center and provide Special solutions for your case. please log in your light in the box account--go " personal center"--"my ticket" to check our reply. I would not recommend this company. Product took a while to arrive came with an EU plug not UK. Tried to return for refund. Said I could pay for the postage back to China or accept a 20% refund. Absolutely disgusting - have paid for a product that will go in the bin!!

Had connectivity issues with T03 Smartwatch and Wearfit 2.0 app not working. Customer Service unable to rectify problem by email so they have send me FULL refund. Issue resolved by Lightinthebox to my satisfaction.

I have contacted Paypal for them to return my money. I have queried this time and time again and someone in your office just marks the ticket as action - its not!! please come back to me, on here maybe!! I am very upset with your company

I received my smart watch yesterday and it is it working. Charged it since yesterday and still not going on. Been trying every email to notify them - to no avail. All return as “ I delivered “

I placed an order for a dress on the 8th October 2020, till today I have not received my order. Order no. # 2010010039776589 I have been sending countless queries, there are no clear answer as to what happened to my order. I received a comment that said a new order has been placed now, honestly I do not trust them at all at this stage. I wish I could have read the reviews before placing an order with them, in fact I would have never placed an order to begin with. I am worried about the express shipment that I paid which was for nothing as the order has not arrived. I don't even trust if what I ordered will be the right quality and size since these people seem to be big scammers. I don't even know if I will ever receive my order and if I am unhappy with the order if I will ever get a refund. So far they are the worst, poor service all together.

Ordered 2 girls sweatshirts, horrible polyester no wonder the sea is so polluted. Best advice, save your money and shop elsewhere.

Ordered 2 girls sweatshirts, horrible polyester and sizing seems to be guesswork, there must be some funny shaped people in China. Really cheaply produced and nasty products. Stay away from Light In The Box and save money.

16 day delivery time and the childs t-shirt was worth about £3! Cheap material, poor quality stitching and no washing instructions, will not be buying from them again

I ordered a chandelier that arrived very fast. Unfortunately, the light failed a few weeks after installation. LightintheBox was very responsive to my emails and took care of the situation to my satisfaction. I would order from them again.
