“I bought a pair of linen trousers from LightInTheBox. Tatyana in Customer service was fantastic. The moment I alerted Customer Service to a size issue, Tatyana responded and arranged for me to receive a replacement pair. Great, friendly service.”

“Good customer service. One of the items ordered had an issue and I had to choose a replacement. There was quick back and forth communication to rectify the situation and a genuine desire for me to be pleased with the outcome. Quality items, accurate fit (by measurement). Will use again.”

“I bought 3 pairs of dance shoes and when they eventually arrived they were at least 2 sizes smaller than stated. When I tried to return them, the process was so complicated and potentially expensive that I decided not to bother and now have the added task of trying to sell them. I will not use LIght in the Box for anything that needs to fit, ever again. Light in the Box have now refunded my money, which it a good thing. It was unexpected as this was not the reason for my complaint. It's a shame it had to come to this, but I will now review my opinion and may use them in future”

Their products I find to be of the very highest quality. I find it a pleasure to perchase products from their site and can relax in and during the sale on line. “In the past I’ve ordered shirts ( from different companies) ordered XL and when I received it ,it just about fit my 5 year old grandson, annoying to say the least, BUT I’ve now had 2 shirts from LITB, and they’ve both been absolutely spot on , perfect fit , lovely quality, and the delivery was as they said , will certainly be ordering more ,”
