Ordered 3/4/2020. Paid for expedited shipping 4-7days. Three months later still no goods. It is now 46 days in transit and states its now Due to arrive in 11 days. BUT EVERY TIME DUE DATE IS NEAR IT CHANGES TO ANOTHER COUPLE OF WEEKS AND THIS GOES ON AND ON. AUTOMATED RESPONSE, CONSTANT FOB OFF AND RUN AROUND. SO BAD SO FRUSTRATING NEVER AGAIN

Order placed on 6th of May. On 20th of May my order was still showing processing. Lightinthebox did not reply to my messages. I’ve sent many messages asking about the progress of my purchase. I’ve got the first reply when decided to cancel my purchase. After several days (29th May) I’ve received one email saying that my order would ship in 24 hours, they asked me if I still keen and if yes, they would give me a 15% discount as a form of compensation. I accepted the deal but The order was never shipped. I’ve messaged them again on the 1st of June, never got a reply. I’ve sent another email on the 5th of June asking about my order. On the 7th of June they finally cancelled my order and reimbursed my money. Stay away from LightintheBox !

I wished that I had looked at the reviews before purchase. I placed an order back in April 4, 2020 I spent $205 dollars including shipping. There shipping said 3-5 business days it’s been exactly 2 months, and I still don’t have my item. This is very frustrating, because when you contacted customer service they give you the run around. I also read the policy rules, and basically telling you that in order to get your refund you have to wait for the item to be deliver.

What a joke. I ordered an XL men's shirt and what I received would not fit a very small dog. When I complained, they said that the size charts in China differ from U.S. size charts. The company offered me an $8 credit, a $2 refund or I could pay the full cost of shipping the item back to China. No one should do business with this rip-off.

There service the have is awful we ordered a punch back in early April 2020 still no sign end of May 2020 despite asking through paypal from early May what was going on and paying a £43.50 for it plus postage to take 8 days to deliver no response from them. Mid to end of May we get a tracking number saying it was delivered but we have not had it delivered. Paypal did nothing and nor did light in a box dont ever order from them they really have no idea other than filling your inbox with junk mail.

This company return policy will normally state that what you ordered was made to order or made to measure an cannot be returned. So basically your out of luck it’s Yours whether you like it or not.

My daughter ordered shellac nail equipment costing 100 euros after waiting several weeks no delivery!!! She has emailed/contacted you several times and never had reply! You took her money quick enough and didn’t deliver goods! We will be reporting you and ensuring everyone knows your a scam company!

I ordered a tri suit in February 2020 and never received it. I want to find out what happened to it, but it is impossible to contact them. The item I ordered is not on my account anymore and I have to select the order to be able to query it. I traced the tracking number and the post office in Johannesburg told me it was returned to the sender. i live in Cape Town as per the delivery address I provided. Seeing that Lightinthebox have the item back, I would appreciate a refund. Can somebody please contact me????

I received different items to what I ordered I have messaged them a few times but just get an automated response that my order is in transit. Never buy from them again.

ordered a nail set in march its now June and absolutely nothing, was told id get only 50% of my shipping back so they wanna refund me only 2.93 CAN YOU BELIEVE THAT!!???? SCAM COMPANY

Absolutely unreliable!!! Don’t order anything unless you’re prepared to wait 3 months, they constantly fob you off with excuses. Will never use this site ever again 🤬

I am so glad to have a problem signing in to buy a product. Decided to read reviews and NOW , I am really thankful. You r a scam site and I intend to report u as such. Anyone that reads this review, please report this site. China once again causing problems and disease. Since my email address had to be inserted, I am nervous about u hacking my phone and other issues that arise from companies I have dealt with in your area. Once again, I may have to spend time with , my uncle , an AG , to fully resolve issues with my personal data.

I ordered a hair clippers on 13th April last. It is now nearly 2 months since I ordered. I doubt I will ever receive it. It cost me €60. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS WEBSITE. THERE MUST BE A LEGAL WAY OF DEALING WITH THIS COMPANY.

Never recvd order. Finally was able to get a phone number and was told had no inventory but would refund. Never got refund. Paypal is investigating. Please read reviews before ordering. I didn't and now am out a few bucks.
