“Total con - ordered Christmas presents on 10th December - still not arrived nearly a month later - turns out the parcel is coming from China and any returns will have to go back to China at buyer's expense. WORSE - I realised my mistake on 12th December and attempted to cancel order but was told that goods had shipped (even though the website showed they were 'in preparation' and in fact it still shows that). Clearly it is not going to be cost effective to ship returns to China so my advice is to avoid this company at all costs if you want anything approaching integrity or customer service.”

“I was very happy with the actual product. The 'Manbag' is a very good product and I am very happy with it. However I was less than impressed with the delivery. It wasn't clear that the item was sent from abroad. Personally I try to only buy British Products. But as I said it is a good product and I am very happy with it.”

“Order a watch box winder and it arrived not working. The company is very hard to communicate with and given the fact that a product in disrepair was shipped they should be responsible enough to repair or replace the product. Bad news.”
