“Avoid this organization. Delivery is non-existent and customer service only lip service. Ordered item which was to be delivered within 30 days. After about five weeks still had not received and they kept extending the delivery time until finally after over 90 days they agreed to send me a full refund. Refund had delivery charges removed and was for item only! My inquiries as to why the full amount was not refunded have not been answered. Seems like a scam. Don't send the merchandise, refund the item cost and keep the delivery.”
