“It was my first purchase on the site. I discovered it on the advice of a friend and was impressed. Great customer service and relationship in both pre-sale and after-sales. A great differential is the customs insurance. I was taxed on my purchase and in less than 48 hours after they had already been reimbursed the value of the customs fee. Shipping conditions and delivery time were excellent. I recommend to all my friends the site LightInTheBox.”

We sent payment confirmation letter and shipment notification letters to your email address "stim9933@yahoo.com". But sometimes the emails might go to the spam email folder. Could you please check again your email box? Unfortunately, the Sweater-shirt was out of stock and the shortage would last for a long time. So we had to cancel this product and issued its full refund USD29.27 to your Paypal account on 2020-11-27. Please check it in your Paypal account. Regarding the shipped two shirts, below are their shipping details: 1. Red Shirt: It was shipped out on Nov. 22nd, with the tracking number 9200190258803355168289. Delivery normally takes 13 days. “I ordered some cushion covers that looked very bright and quirky and were described as linen. But the fabric was an open weave man made fibre with what seems to be a plastic covering on the inside. The design was badly printed and nowhere near as vibrant in colour as suggested in the photographs. They'll be ok for outside chairs in the summer”
