“Bought a pair of holiday shorts , came in the specified time ...price was ok , however after buying the shorts ....annoying the same goods appeared in a sale at almost 50% less than i paid .Having said all that , i am happy with my purchase ....size and colour were spot on .”

“In my judgment and dealing with LIGHT IN THE BOX, IT IS A FIVE STAR SERVICE and that their products are first class and good for value ; structure of service ( ie profile or information for ordering, payment and tracking/ delivery, reward system;) as well as their customer service are par excellence. “Great Service, excellent value, easy to order. On the down side, some photos, especially clothes look better than the actual item when received. Always look at customer photos as well. Also, it would probably work out too expensive to return items.”

“The sizing on the website can be odd, but if the material in the garments purchased has any elastic you might be ok by using the size guide. Also delivery times can take 3 weeks so don’t expect your order too soon.”
