I personally like the shopping site and readily recommend it. The service is very swift and efficient and the quality of the products is dope. The products are also quite affordable. They are so good at packaging their product to make it look attractive and that's something to count for.

I wish I could give 0 rate the worst ever to buy please don't buy from them nothing is like throwing you money. I received wrong size after very complicated returns i send it back with my expenses but never refund it I lost my money

Terrible company with terrible business practices and terrible customer service. I ordered several products larger than I thought necessary to be sure it would fit. But when they arrived, they were all far too small. When I reached out to request an exchange for a different size, they rudely refused. Horrible company, terrible customer service, terrible business practices. Run, don't walk, away from this company as fast as you can. You've been warned.

Would not recommend. Still have not shipped my item and it’s been 10 days. I realize there’s a processing time of 1-4 days but it’s been over 10. Upon trying to contact, I have not been contacted back. Have made two tickets which take “1-2 days” to be responded to and I have not been contacted. Very disappointed as it was a gift and it will not be received on time.

extremely poor quality goods, and very difficult to return. Very little returns information took days to get info on how to return, very complicated and requires sending goods back to an address in China at your own expense. Decided to cut my losses and not throw good money after bad by the cost of return was almost the value of the goods! Put frock in kids dressing up box, all it was good for!! wish I could have given it 0 stars.

I bought 2 paintings from this website. I didn't like them, because they were different from the advertised products. However, the customer service refund the amount and resolved the problem in a professional way.

But we indeed could not accept a package returned by Expedited shipping (such as DHL). According to our experience, the package returned by the Expedited shipping will finally be held by the Customs, instead of delivering to us. This is why we need you to return the order via the post office and remark it as gift. Hope you understand it. However, I truly value you as our customer and do really want to help you. Beware of size. Quality is fine, but I always wear a medium and these were so small I could not even pull over my legs. When I tried to return, they would not provide provide a return label or credit and their response was "may we suggest that you keep the item, to give it to a friend/family member". After pushing for a refund/credit, they offered a 30% refund on the product, not total cost or I could arrange and pay to ship it back to China. So understand SIZE DOES NOT match American typical sizes and their is no returns.
