“It is the second time my delivery just hasn't arrived. I am still waiting on the lights that I have been already charged for. \nThe first time after two weeks my goods didn't arrived so they put a new order through but, I am still waiting!”

“My experience with lights4fun was bad. We placed an order for next day delivery for a festival and paid for the same but their system assumed it as second class delivery. It seems they did not have the item in stock and instead of informing buyer about stock unavailability, their system automatically changed it to second class delivery. Then we have to follow up to get it sorted and place a new next day delivery order. But we still did not receive the item next day. They use a courier company called DPD who sent a text message early morning at 6.51 AM that delivery would arrive in few minutes. The delivery person never intended to deliver the parcel, so they rang the bell and ran away immediately leaving missed you note. I called lights4fun and asked them to contact DPD to deliver the parcel on the same day but that did not work out. DPD collection office was 30 miles away. I cancelled the order and requested for refund. Lights4fun delayed refund and refunded after filing Paypal dispute.”
