“well mannered and helpful, but you are still selling a product that has a one year lifespan and no way to fit a new battery. so you should inform the buyers of this fact when advertising,”

“Impressed with quick delivery and service. Bit tricky to push the connecting tubes "home"...they didn't seem to "take" well, but my husband came to rescue with screwdriver to help them connect. Seemed to be the hard plastic "cover" that got in the way. Not sure we did the right thing...looks like they're meant to naturally screw together...but they are now working and the warm white colour is perfect. Hope they stay together when I move them...overall happy.”

“light received great they did what I needed. Quick delivery Only worry was that One of the batteries in the pack heated up so removed and disposed of. Or you would have received a very good rating. Will be purchasing some more in the near furture”
