“I had a problem setting up my new garden lights and the lady on the customer helpline was brilliant! talked me through the issue and immediately recognised I had purchased the wrong connectors. She put them in the post to me super quick and waived the postage fee as a gesture...... really great service”

“There was a problem with my lights but I sent a picture and within the hour I received an email saying a replacement set was being sent out. Received 2 days later without any hassle. Good customer service.”

“Lights in the garden and house always make me happy - they light up my days, especially in the winter. We have had some in the garden for some years but they were worn out and we decided to buy some more from you as your goods are always excellent. However, of the three packs I ordered, we noticed one pack had no labels /information with it or on the lamps. The result is that two of my six lights do not work - one we could see had a broken wire, the other didn't look like the other good ones at all. Did you have these returned by someone else and they got put in to be resold? If so, it was money wasted - sorry, Lights4fun.”

“I had seen similar lights in a large department store and was pleased to find these battery tea lights and candle lights at a much lower price. Delivery was very quick I received my lights within a couple of days and they were well packaged. Looking forward to using them at Christmas.”

“Beautiful 'warm glow' lights. Only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because there's no on/off switch on the cable. You need to actually turn them on/off at the plug. Not easy if the plug is situated behind a bedside table! Other than that, very pleased.”
