“I, as did my husband, found difficulty with the website to be able to order a set of outdoor festoon lights that were instantly connectable. I have outside power and thought I would just be able to buy a set of outdoor lights without the need to purchase separate, unique, power transformers. I have no knowledge of C or U type power transformers, and in the first instance I didn't order one at all, and secondly ordered the wrong one. My phone call with a member of the team was dealt with fairly and swiftly but unfortunately my lights wouldn't have been ready for Christmas. I would use this company again, but would leave plenty of time to discuss my order with a member of the team over the phone.”

“I am very pleased with the lights etc. But had to ring up to check how to connect them all together as I couldn't get them to work. The girl I spoke to was very helpful and once she explained what I was doing wrong everything worked fine. Not very good initial instructions though.”

“Love these lights, I have been looking for something like this for a while. Great at Christmas, but can also be used in the garden in the summer. I hadn't realised however that the bulbs are not replaceable, ( hmm, perhaps I should have checked with my electrician husband !) so I will be using them sparingly. Fast efficient service, ordered and delivered in two days. Would recommend.”

“Delivery was prompt and I'm very pleased with the lights - delicate, pretty and bright. The batteries have lasted about 55/60 hours. The product was let down by one problem which initially caused us some annoyance and trouble. The instruction on the info sheet for setting the timer were wrong, so that the timer did not work. Luckily we later noticed the correct [and different] instruction printed on the battery case - the timer then worked correctly.”

“I was delighted with these lights. They look lovely in my Christmas wreath and on two small minimalist trees on my sideboard. I was also very impressed with the customer service I received, when one set didn't work, they sent a replacement which arrived the very next day ! Excellent ! The only tiny downside of these lights is finding a decorative way of hiding the batteries (when used with a minimalist "twig" tree).”

“The lights and transformer arrived earlier than forecast, thank you. On setting them up, I found that some of the lights didn't work. I called the retailer who was apologetic and put the replacement lights in the post immediately. They arrived the next morning and were fine. These things happen but I was impressed by the prompt replacement and concern expressed. Thank you”

“I received exactly what I ordered. I've been impressed by the quality of the lights. In particular, the many settings the lights have; with the options of flashing, fading and standard in both blue and white. My only issue is the time it took for them to arrive. I requested a standard delivery and it took almost 2 weeks, which meant me not getting full use from them, as advent celebration lights.”
