“The website has a lot of choice, the order process was fairly straightforward and the lights arrived as promised. I haven't had a chance to test out the festoon lights but the fairly lights look great and the fact that you can string them together or have them as separate units has made using them much easier. Would definitely recommend them.”

“Exactly how it is from the picture, the only con I have with this product is that the batteries aren´t thrown in for free. But other than that I love my lights, will most definitely be purchasing again.”

“The lights I received were very nice and fitted perfectly in my window. However, I did find it quite difficult to put them up as the sticky bits would not stick to my window. Overall, a very nice purchase!”

“First 2 sets did not work for more than an hour or two. You very efficiently replaced them and one set seems to be working now but the second set remains on all the time (flickering very faintly and impossible to switch off) Oh dear, I think I shall return to mains power lights. Above message written before you replaced another set which worked well. Thank you for your friendly and efficient service including a nice phone call from Lisa”

Dear Mrs Flinn, thank you for your review and I am so sorry that one of the replacement Topiary Net Lights is faulty. This is one of the newer Net Lights and it sounds like there is a fault with the on/off button. You have been very unlucky to have received a second faulty product and as promised I will send a replacement Net Light to you so that you can enjoy these lights as a pair in your garden this Christmas.
