“These little lights where just what I needed for my Christmas conifers battery operated the battery holder sat neatly into the inside top of the conifer but there is a hook on the battery container which also came in handy. I am very please with the lights for fun also happy with the price.”

“Good light easy to install only complaint was i paid £5.95 for nxt day delivery didnt arrive nxt day when i rang i was told because i ordered after 3pm on a thurs this didnt apply. Also told this only applies mon to fri so i paid next day delivery for nothing. Shouldnt be taking money if not delivered next day!!!”

“Your response rate to my complaint was very acceptable, however this should not have been necessary. The product was a little disappointing as I felt the large covering of these lights took away the effect. Brian”

“A great choice of lights and I got some great post-Halloween offers and Black Friday deals. Everything arrived quickly and I was pleased with all the items - good quality and just as described. However, one of the items was not delivered despite being on the invoice which was a shame. But the customer service was excellent! I called and the lady I spoke to was very apologetic as soon as I explained the situation - she got the item dispatched immediately and the lights arrived the next day as promised. I would definitely return as a customer despite the little hiccup.”

“Unfortunately the lights (£500 worth) did not arrive within 2 or 3 days as expected and I had to phone to chase them. Apparently the lights had not been released from the warehouse. After my call they were released immediately and I received the lights the next day. However, without that call, I would have been left with installers waiting to dress trees and with no lights. There must be a checking system to make sure this does not happen....”

Hi Susan, I am so sorry that this happened. It was entirely human error on our part. Having said that, further down the line we would have uncovered the mistake and that order would have been dispatched, but this doesn't change what happened to you.
