“Very fast delivery- and helpful, friendly advice. Lights were for a wedding in France- and didn't check before we flew out- one of the packs of 3 was white instead of warm white, which fortunately for the boho style, didn't matter at all- they looked great, and were easy to assemble and use.”

“Product was as expected, we have ordered this item before from elsewhere, price was better, delivery was on time. Only issue was that the package had been roughly handled and a corner of the inner box was crumpled, fortunately the goods were OK as there was nothing in this corner. Outer packaging didn't advise that the contents contained glass and were fragile. That would have gained a 5th star”

“The lights are nice and look good in garden. Needs better quality control as I only had 8 lanterns in one box and 7 lanterns in another! Wasn't a problem for how I was using the lights but could cause issue for others and shows lacking oversight.”

Hello Francesca, we are so sorry to hear that some of the fabric lantern shades were missing. There should be 10 shades in each box and we are sorry that we slipped up!
