“Pleased with the speedy service and how much choice on the website, unfortunately once lights unpacked and switched on there was one light not working. I would have sent them back but my daughter had them for her uni accommodation in Edinburgh.”

“Please include instructions for use as we had problem in locating how to open the casing to insert batteries. Was pleased with items but as always you get what you pay for. Would buy from them again and recommend. Customer services were helpful in helping me to make choices.”

“I ordered rope lights and candles for my husband's 50th birthday party. The rope lights were not working and it was a tight deadline to return and receive new ones. After the courier failing to appear for collection Donna Sloan, Senior Customer Service Advisor, sorted it all out and ensured that we received working lights on time for the party, thank you Donna !”

“Delivery was quick & efficient. it wasn't clear to me to order an extension wire as the one with the power socket was only 1 meter. So ordered that later. The connections between each set of lights seemed a little difficult to actually make sure they were completely in to make the circuit work - it took a few go's but got them working & they were abduteky what we were looking for! Love them!”
