“Part of my order was defective and I worked with Toby in Customer Service to get a replacement. My only complaint is their Ticket # is a pain to use, especially when a new one is issued with each email.”

“I was looking for a Luminara taper as a gift, but could only find 8-inch tapers. I found this one listed as a 10-inch taper, but it wasnt a Luminara brand. I was worried that the flame wouldnt look as real, but I decided to take a chance and ordered some anyway. This taper uses the same technology as the other brand and it looks awesome! It is a true 10-inch taper and fits nicely in my candlesticks. I am so happy I took a chance on these! The price was great, the candle flames look amazingly real and they look fabulous on the table. Im glad I ordered two sets, one in white and one in red...but I may end up keeping both, instead of giving a set away, because I like them so much!”

“Price performance is well worth it. Was very easy to install, although the template for how far apart to put the screws seemed to be wrong. Would be nice if the motion detector had a little longer range and if the light would stay on a little longer. Shipping and product in general is well worth it.”

“I received my order in a timely manner. I had expected a SHIP e-mail but did not receive one... the order was sent anyway... fine with me! The item was as shown and the reviews on the site were helpful in knowing the quality of the lights. I am pleased with the battery operated string lights that I purchased. I will order from this company again.”

“product description needs to be clearer...Item described to have a built in timer...I expected to have something adjustable...but the timer is fixed...somewhat disappointing.”

“Communication with your store could be a little better. I placed an order and immediately after I saw they were the wrong color I sent a request to correct that order before they were shipped. I sent this with in seconds of placing the order online. An e-mail was even sent to me that you corrected the order which in fact you did not. I was still sent the wrong thing. I even gave my order number and it was not corrected. Considering I spent close to a thousand with you this season and look to do more I felt this should of been taken care of properly.”
