“Service was prompt. I like the candles pretty good. My only issue is that the shortest candle in the set has the flame visible above the top melted edge. I guess I just missed that from the photo...I havent actually back to the site to see if it is evident from the photo of the product. I also thought they were the kind that once switched on will stay on a specific amount of time, turn off automatically and then turn back on at the same time they were first activated. If they are, nothing I saw on the packaging or candles indicate that. That was the type of candles for which I had been shopping, so it is possible that I just thought they had this feature. I like them well enough to keep for myself, but not well enough to give as the gift for which they had been purchased.”

“The Flameless candles w/remote were purchased as a Christmas gift for sister. I recently became that the remote did not work. The battery would not stay engaged because the battery cover was cracked. The remote was loose in the box with the candle so definitely easily damaged in shipping. And for the extra cost for remote, DISSAPOINTED!”
