“I love your product line and your website is very well organized and searchable. I have already recommended the website to a couple of people and made a second order myself. However, I would like to see free shipping offered at an amount that is not so extreme. Maybe at $85.00. That would be more reasonable.”

“We ordered these for my daughters wedding. There were a few in the package that didnt work but overall they were fine. They worked beautifully in the tall cylinder vases and we received several complements. We ordered the warm white lights first and tried one but they looked green in the water. Im hoping to be able to return them without a problem. The white light worked better for us.”

“provided excellent customer service. products were shipped in a timely fashion and were exactly what i expected when they arrived. there was a problem with one of the light strings and lights.com replaced the defective item immediately and with absolutely no hassle on my part. would definitely recommend themÂ….”

“My mother loved these flameless candles. I sent them to her for her 92nd birthday. She initially didnt realize that the gift was from me. Unfortunately, the little note I requested was not included in the package, which, was not a big deal. I would recommend your site to friends. Gifts are great and prices are very reasonable.”

“The order shipped quickly and correctly. One of the items ordered was defective when I checked it after order arrival. I contacted Customer Service on-line by completing a Support Ticket.
