“I love the lights. However, the doves have a problem in that the battery top does not close. Ive tried everything--so just dont put the cover on. I also dont like the buttons I have to push-- green and white..Wont buy that type again. They add wonderful ambiance to any room.”

“The order was quick, painless and I received it and stored it without checking the packing slip. A backordered item (that I didnt realized was backordered since I didnt check my packing slip) arrived and I was please with the honesty of this company.”

“I love the flameless moving flame candles I bought. So much more realistic that other flameless candles. I was very impressed with the speed in which they filled my order. I ordered on a Monday and they were on my doorstep on Wednesday.”

“Your information should provide how long (range) alkaline batteries might last when candles are on so they can be turned on by remote or on timer. These candles can eat batteries. The only way to find out is to eat some or to read reviews. Few reviews mention this. Otherwise the candles are quality and beautiful. They were delivered quickly and safely. I dont leave the switch on unless I will turn them on by remote or timer soon. After all they are safer than regular candles and dont tarnish silver like real candles. I have to light real candles one at a time too.”

“When I received my order, one of the 6 flameless candles I ordered didnt work. I reported it to customer service and they very quickly and painlessly sent me out a replacement. One of the best customer service experiences I have had. Great work!”

“I purchased low voltage outdoor string lights which work very well. My order was processed promptly and I received it within a few days of placing the order. One improvement would be that you should respond to questions that are submitted to you by email. This did not happen and I was disappointed about the lack of response.”
