“This is an amazing company to work with! I ordered two sets of rechargeable tea lights with remotes and a set of three pillar candles. They arrived quickly and in great shape. There was a problem with one of the candles (it worked, but it never turned green to indicate that it was fully charged), When I notified the company, they immediately sent out a replacement for me. They went above and beyond the call of duty on another issue as well (which had nothing to do with a product failure). I cant speak highly enough for this company or for the quality of their products. The candles that I received have a very realistic look to them both in terms of their outer appearance and the light that they put out. Having the remote is so handy as they can be placed in hard to reach areas. I am extremely happy with my purchase and with the customer service that I received. Thank you, lights.com!”

“Everyone worked with us to get items shipped in 2 days. From *** who took our order to customer service having the shipment sent back (was not want we wanted) to accounting making sure we had all the information on the refund.....I would very much recommed Lights.com to anyone.
