“I ordered the wrong candles, I called requesting the exchange. The agent was very helpful, found the correct item and send me the RGA # immediately. Once the returned item was received, I got information about shipment of the new product and received in two days. Excellent service!”

Both are extremely high quality and look fantastic. I would highly recommend lights.com for anyone that wants authentic looking LED candles. Definitely not the ordinary department store LEDs. “I ordered the rechargeable tea lights (restaurant grade) which I love. I already have a set of 12 on one charging unit. I use them every night and they last about 4 days. I wanted to be able to just switch them with the second set whcih works well. Only disapointment is that the new ones only come in sets of 4. But it still works and they look great! I am very pleased.”
