“Was very pleased with the design and functionality of the website and -store, the look and feel of the site was vintage, but technologically it is modern and well planned. The customer cycle is well planned and implemented - from registration till checkout and post-sales. One drawback only, that Lights.com will not take international orders, while it could. I had to use a local friend in the US to help me get the order shipped to my European address.”

“I had one set that the stars were bonded together. Called their customer service and it was taken care of immediately! I put some strands up today and they look awesome.....am using them as an accent to my garden. Its nice not to have cords strung everywhere!”

“The lights shipped quickly ( I believe in less than a week), the packaging wasnt damaged, the lights look great and I bought them at a great price and they also included bulbs. I only strung one string so far and one light (not the socket) wasnt working but other than that theyre perfect. A new bulb would be great but not worth a lower ranking because everything else was perfect and Im sure that happens here and there anyway.”
