“First order took a long time in shipping. I had to exchange one of the items because it wasnt what I expected. The agent was helpful in getting that done and that shipment, which was supposed to also take a long time for me to receive, came quicker! I like what I ordered.”

“Ordering was easy and prices plus selection was good. Shipping was not immediate. Had to request status update on the order after it was placed. Part of the order was defective but replaced as soon as it was reported. Would shop the site again.”

“I bought several boxes of these for Christmas gifts and everyone just loved them! Some went to people in settings with strict no flame policies, such as a bookstore owner, and someone in an assisted living setting. They loved having candles back in their life! I gave it only 4 stars because, although they came with batteries, my own set died out very quickly, with very limited use.”

“The service was excellent and the product was delivered in a timely manner. I am not thrilled with the product (Christmas window candles that are battrery powered and flicker). I would like them to be somewhat brighter and have a less plastic looking base. However, they did burn consistently throughout the season on 3 D cells.”
