“Packaging was really poor. Box was bashed in and partially open. Fortunately everything was still inside and is working. Perhaps you could senn items using USPS priorty mail and their boxes. I have never had any problems. Just a suggestion”

“As far as service, I have no complaint what so ever. However - 4 of the 12 strings of lights I ordered blink in different colors than their brothers and sisters. At this time it is no big deal as the four do blink together, just in a pattern that is different that the other 8. AND - I need 4 lines to do the front of my house, so Ill use those together and I doubt anyone will be able to tell when comparing those strings to the 8 we plan on putting in our crepe myrtle tree. Otherwise - Im satisfied, and I will be back in the future.”

“I was looking for a flame less candle to fit in my glass candle holder. My problem was the diameter, I needed 2 1/2 - 2 in diameter and 6 tall which apparently is very hard to find. I searched on the Internet and came across lights.com, found what I was looking for and they arrived within 2 weeks and they look great and set the correct ambiance in my dining room. They look like real candles with drips on the side. Very happy with the product.”
