“The only problem we had was when opening the box, the candles fell out onto the floor. However, my husband was able to reassemble them and they work fine. I would recommend you to others, but be careful opening the box!”

“Excellent company to work with. Great communication. Beautiful lights. A few of the lights with the automatic timer werent working properly, after making lights.com aware of the problem they promptly sent a replacement. Great customer service. Will definitely do business with again in the future. :)”

“I recently received an order of 5 wax candle shells. Upon opening the box I found that they had been poorly packed and had banged into each other. The candles were chipped and cracked. I contacted the company and they requested a picture of the packing and candles which I submitted. They asked if I wanted a refund or replacement. Due to the late date I opted for a refund and they immediately sent a refund to my Paypal account.The customer service was excellent but there needs to be better supervision of packaging.”

“The service was great. The lights got here quickly and without any quality issues. I love not having to worry about turning them on or off and dont miss the electrical cords. The only complaint that I do have is that I wish they were a bit brighter.”

“Customer support was excellent. I first called with a problem on the timer of the outdoor battery operated wire light. A suggestion was given to resolve the issue. When that did not work, I called back explaining that my issue still hasnt been resolved. The customer service rep quickly issued a replacement order. Thank you .”

“I am very pleased with the product but have some suggestions: it would be nice if you could provide alternate colors with every bulb instead of lines of color (6-7 red, followed by 6-7 green, etc.) It would also be handy if you could develop a remote control (on/off) capability.”
