“Excellent products. Very happy with the solar Christmas lights, though only had them for 3 months. Part of last order was mixed up, (plug instead of battery source for light strings), but it was immediately fixed when I called.”

“I received excellent customer service! One of my items arrived damaged, and when I called to talk with the rep all I needed to do was send a photo of the item. A new one was sent out right away with no hassle at all! Will definitely continue to be a customer. Thanks!”

“Ordering procedure and delivery time was satisfactory. Seriously could improve site on providing customers with easy access shipment tracking. Currently, you must copy the tracking number from your site, open the appropriate carriers site and paste it to access shipment progress.”

“Product, service and ease of ordering from Lights has won me over as a loyal customer. When I placed my order I forgot to enter a coupon code. I called and told the customer support who without any hesitation said no problem and promptly credited my account. My order arrived very quickly and the quality of their products is amazing. I ordered string lights, flamless candles for outdoors in a variety of sizes that I had not been able to find anywhere else and their pricing was reasonable. I will be ordering from this company again.”

“I found Lights.com to be a delightful shopping site, one that I will return to frequently for gifts and specialty lighting. The only reason I didnt give it 5 stars was that there was a glitch in the checkout procedure that made the process somewhat confusing. That said, it was not so bad that I wont gladly return!”
