“I have ordered 3 products from Lights.com. In each case, there had been an issue Â…. either a missing part or one of a set not working correctly. Quality control might be better. HOWEVER, three times Ive contacted customer service and submitted a support ticket and have received a response within an hour or two. Always, the company has made things right, and has sent out missing parts or has replaced the defective item . Their customer support rocks!”

“I did have a question about set 3 rose candles that had German writing on bottom of candle and a very nice gentleman sent an email to Candle Impressions and received a response very quickly stating an error was made putting on instructions on bottom of candle. Customer service VERY nice, helpful!”

“I was extremely impressed when I contacted customer support regarding one of my candles that I recently purchased being cracked when it arrived and another one was shipped right out with no problems and it arrived perfectly fine. Hats off to all of you! All my other candles were perfect and I am enjoying every last one of them and would definitely recommend your Company. In fact I will be back for more! Thank you for such great customer care!”
