“I ordered several battery operated lights. One set was fantastic! The other set, only HALF worked at and now I have to purchase more batteries in order to even make them work. I tried contacting the company but got no response.”

“I guess my only comment would be better quality control since part of the order I received did not work. Having said that, I will say that the customer service was very helpful in ironing out the issue.”

“One of the three candle lights was a different color. I emailed them about the problem and they asked me to mail the wrong one back and they would ship the correct one back. I did and they did and I am pleased at their quick response. The lighted candles are great.”
