“Very responsive customer service department regarding a missing discount that they credited. All of the items arrived in good condition and were as described on the website. The Luminaria candles are very realistic and the remote control even works through my glass curio cabinet doors. The tealight candles are perfect for my collection of crystal votives. The two solar spotlight are well made and should not be degraded by the sun.”

“I included a question in my order about the compatibility of lights with a power source. Someone called me on the phone shortly after I placed the order. I believe it was on a Sunday. I was very impressed with this extra effort (to assure me that, yes, the two were compatible). I would shop at lights.com again. Thanks”

“I didnt remember registering previously so when I tried checking in as a guest it wouldnt work because I used the same email I had registered with. I was pressed for time that day and found it time consuming to try to work around that. I ended up using a different email and starting all over again but it should be easier to buy something quickly - like a one-click feature - without have to go through several screens. Overall product is great and delivery was as promised.”

“Tried a few of the strings and the lights on the deck and they seem great but havent yet hung the entire shipment. Cause, well, problem was I payed the extra 9.95 for the quicker shipping and seems I shouldnt have. Didnt get here as fast as I needed. Ill send an update review once I get to hang the rest on the lower patio, which Im pretty sure will be awesome!”
