“Very Happy with the company. Ordering was easy and the best part was I received my shipment order very quickly (within week to 2 ). I actually had orginally ordered similiar item elsewhere and waited for months for my order only to be told it would be another couple months for order to arrive so I cancelled order and ordered from this Co.”

“The candles were grey and white, but I ordered white. One candle was faulty and would not work. Customer service was excellent and allowed my return with the company paying the shipping.”

“I am super-satistifed with the customer service at lights.com. They made it very easy for me to return some lights I decided I didnt want, and they sent me a replacement set for a set of solar lights that werent working properly. I wish customer service was this great everywhere.”

“We have done business with Lights.com multiple times and have had nothing but very good experiences with them. The order process is simple, strait forward and very convenient. Have been on the phone with them for questions about some of their products and the service was excellent. Even the quality of the products was outstanding. The quality of the LED christmas lights with the battery power pack (although made in China) was very impressive! Will be doing business with this company again!!!”

“It was a very good experience, I received the order in a very short time. I ordered 76 battery operated votive candles and when I received the order 3 of them had a bad battery, I called customer service and they agreed to send new batteries or replacements without me asking.”
