“Your products are wonderful and and everyone and everything that went along with my purchase was equally a very easy procedure. I bought hurricanes for family members and a tea light was not what was needed to illuminate it but your company had LED pillar candles that are perfect/. Not only does the candle glow a soft amber white but put the switch to the other side and the colors red, blue, green white all morph. I would recommend you to anyone who want the best, most unique and priced to buy products. I will be shopping often from you! THANK YOU!”

“After trying other companys electric candles,yours,with their wavering flame,look much more realistic. For that reason,after ordering only 1,to evaluate,Ive just ordered 5 more. You have an outstanding product. Oh,and your 5 hour auto turn-off feature is a great benefit,too.”

“the product is fine but I was unable to track the order as stated . The product arrived and it seemed like I missed a step in communication.It did arrive within a week or less in good condition. i could print out a receipt with the info but was confused by a lack confirmation that my order went through. Info provided was oder being processed,nothing more and three days later the order arrive. Just a bit confusing.”

“The candles I bought were shipped quickly, they are in candle holders on my mantle over the fireplace. They looked beautiful. We were a little confused, at first, about what to do for them to stay lite for five hours.”

“Overall IÂ’ve been very pleased with the service that I received from lights.com. Although, I must admit, that I was initially a bit disappointed by the e-mail notification that a portion of my order was not available. (It would have been nice to know product availability before my order was placed). I was however impressed with how quickly the credit was refunded to my account, for the portion of the order that was cancelled. After receiving and setting my candles out I discovered that one of the candles was not working. I emailed customer service stating the purpose for my correspondence, along with a photo. I believe it was the following day that I received an email from *** stating that a replacement candle was being shipped out to me. I would like to express my gratitude for such a timely response and zero hassle. To sum things up, my candles look great, (so much safer than a lighted flame!) and I look forward to making future purchases from establishment. Thank you! God Bless!”
