It is twisted beacszue the ribbons in manufacture are too tight ( in my opinion ) Refuse to replace it with a like for like nor can they explain why it is different to the photo on their website which I bought from. 7 emails back and forth I give up as I realise they have no desire to stand by their products they sell AVOID”

The lamp is unusable as it can’t be dimmed and the quality of the light can’t be changed. My dining room looks like a sterile board room. I reached out three times to customer service, both through email and the form on their webpage; I never even received a reply. It’s a company pretending to be from Sweden, that has no customer service and ships from China. Don’t waste your money or time.”
