“Unfortunately, although understood that the shipping to an address was my responsibility, it is beyond fair in terms of expectation as it goes to a communist overseas country at a high cost and there is no jurisdiction for ensuring refund. Also no formal receipt was in the box when it arrived to me and I had to go through extensive back and forth just to get an address. Now unsure that a refund is possible
This has put a damper on my interest in pursuing other products from the company. I feel cheated and will donate the light for a loss with positive and negatives: solid built; limited light emission; although explains return policy, the thought of it being overseas to a communist government country is beyond comprehension in terms of transparency.”
