“From great products to great customer service what more can you want? Ordered a top online and when it didn’t appear got in touch with Lilac & Mila they chased up a the parcel and apologised. Finally got my top and couldn’t be happier, great quality and so pretty. Thank you”

At Lilac and Mila, we want you to love all your new pieces as much as we do, so if you’re not satisfied with your purchase you can return it for a store credit or exchange as we do not refund for a change of mind. During COVID we have extended our return policy to 60 days from the day of receiving your order. Please note that we offer FREE RETURNS on all domestic orders purchased at full price. Our Credit Notes never expire so you have all the time in the world to find a new must have wardrobe piece and with new arrivals weekly we don't think it will take you long! We also provide FREE EXPRESS SHIPPING on all orders above $90 :) Can you please let us know what you would like us to do to make this experience better for you? We hope to hear from you soon. “Lilac & Mila have been very easy to deal with. When I've had items arrive that have'nt fitted, there's been no trouble in returning them using their free postage and the arrival time on delivery is fantastic!. On using their online chat or email, they have always returned my messages which is great. All this, means I will continue to order from them knowing it's an honest & reliable company.
