“Order and delivery quick but unfortunately the jacket did not fit but was a bit disappointed in the quality as very lightweight for a jacket .Said free returns but cost me $9.95 ?? Now a credit no refund annoying.”

At Lilac and Mila, we want you to love all your new pieces as much as we do, so if you’re not satisfied with your purchase you can return it for a store credit or exchange as we do not refund for a change of mind. During COVID we have extended our return policy to 60 days from the day of receiving your order. Please note that we offer FREE RETURNS on all domestic orders purchased at full price. Our Credit Notes never expire so you have all the time in the world to find a new must have wardrobe piece and with new arrivals weekly we don't think it will take you long! We do our very best to provide as much sizing and fit information as possible on all of our garments as we completely understand the difficulties of online shopping! We provide individual measurements as well as try-on videos over on our Instagram stories of all our New Arrivals where we talk through the fit and sizing of each item. “Love my Rio Print Adela mini dress! The yellow is a lovely colour and the print is cute. It is a very flowy dress which can be belted for more shape if desired! I love that you are catering for a range of sizes too!”

“My order took much longer than expected and didn’t arrive in time for the event I had ordered it for. Also, the dress is huge and the jacket is tiny! Probably won’t order again :(”

We have recently begun using a variety of couriers for shipping so that we can offer our customers more shipping options so we really appreciate the feedback during this transitional period! “EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND SHOPPING EXPERIENCE. I have purchased quite a few dresses and skirts from Lilac and Mila now, I love all of my purchases. Delivery is amazingly fast and the sizes listed on each item online is incredibly helpful to ensure I purchase the correct size for each garment. I have had one experience where an item I bought was faulty and the girls were so helpful and had my new garment sent straight out. I have never had a bad experience with this store and it is my #1 place for all of my clothing purchases…. I love Jaase and I love the lilac and Mila experience. Thanks Ladies x”

“I really loved the collection, very beautiful and feminine brand. Online shopping is also very easy. The team is very helpful and will give you a very good advice. They are very prompt to reply to your concerns as well. Shipping is very fast and tracking is also easy. The only tiny suggestion would be and that too if possible, I would love to see various sized model’s wearing same clothes. Just so you get more idea… but as i said.. its just a suggestion otherwise the team is always ready to help you with sizing and they have fantastic returns and exchange policy so can’t complain really!!! Planning to buy lot more :))”
