“My past experience of shopping for clothing online has always been very disappointing ( choosing a size or even 2 up on purpose, L & XL have been way too small or tight) but these looked so lovely I thought I'd risk it. I was so pleasantly surprised when both tops I ordered were true to size! They are soft fabric, so comfortable to wear and I'm very happy I took a chance on Lilac & Mils.”

“Buying and ordering was very easy. Returning an item is harder, as you do not get a refund which is very disappointing. Their policy of giving an instore credit instead of an immediate refund, lessens my willingness to shop at Lilac and Mila again :(”

“No returns allowed which is very poor for customers. Also no exceptions- only offering credit. This has deterred me from shopping here again.”

“I found it’s very quick between buying an item and when it’s delivered which is excellent especially if you are looking to find a new dress for a special occasion which is not far away. Also love the way that there is a blurb about the fit of a dress as well as the size measurements which helps guide you towards choosing the correct size. Another reason I love Lilac & Mila is although they sell out of new items very fast, they are pretty quick in restocking popular dresses so you don’t end up missing out.”

“I’m disappointed there is an issue with my delivery I have had to contact you both times, considering the parcel was suppose to be delivered last Wednesday, and now the courier is saying the address details are incorrect that has been confirmed by me. I feel that I’m the one chasing this issue up rather than you.”
