“Bought a lovely and beautiful dress from Lilac & Mila (Jasse collection). The online chat was a plus to find out sizes etc before purchasing and once received, it fitted perfectly. They even went the extra mile to email me some options for my enquiry about bump friendly options and also helped me measure lengths for the maxi's for me before buying!! Customer service A+++. I also loved that the packaging for the delivery bag and the bag that the garment was in are biodegradable for compost, WIN!”

“I bought three dresses, each of which the stitching is messy, and loose threads are on the dress And coming off the dress everywhere. I have only worn one of the dresses once for an hour or so around the house. The rest are in my wardrobe with the tag still attached. I went to look at the returns policy and you can’t return items that had a discount code which I used the “first time buyer” discount. I’m so disappointed because they looked like they would be beautiful dresses.”

“I was not very pleased with my shopping experience through your site. I ordered a dress as it states free returns on your site and unfortunately when i emailed for a return, I was supplied with a return address and then a discount code and return shipping was not covered. I only ever buy from sites that offer free returns as I find sizes vary so much that it was costing me too much in returns to try from sites that don't offer this feature. I went to use my credit amount on another item and because the credit comes off the item is not included for free shipping, even though it was an $80 dress. So I now need to pay for shipping again. From this experience I won't shop at Lilac and Mila again as I feel you don't really want to offer the free shipping so you shouldn't advertise it. Actually I'm pretty sure its illegal.”

As we want you to have an amazing experience with us - we are of course more than happy to cover the costs of your return shipping. We usually do this through sending a Free Return Label sent to our customers when requested. Some customers chose to use their own shipping services. As for the exchange shipping, we will also gladly cover this for you. Our system doesn't allow for 2 discount codes to be used at once however we can process this on our end for you - that isn't a problem at all!
