As per our website the Adela style you purchased is a nice flowy, oversized boho garment and some of our girls like to size down 1-2 sizes from their usual choice, depending on the fit you are after! We do our best to ensure this doesn't happen! We then provided the options with how to proceed from there however did not receive a response from you. Luckily we received a return of the item you ordered in perfect condition and let you know promptly that we were sending it out for you! We do apologise if you did not receive our emails. Once we dispatched your order is was with you in 10 days. All couriers are currently experiencing some delays due to Sydney's current lockdowns. “Prompt delivery. I had to return the Adela dress as way too big. I may need to size down 2 sizes. Hopefully the small will be the right size. Friendly online chat service. Very reasonable price and hoping it will wash ok with no shrinkage.”

We also provide the exact product measurements in the description of our item to assist with sizing xx As long as you hand wash with cold water as per our garment care instructions there won't be any shrinkage to the Rayon so you can wear time and time again! xx We can't wait for you to receive your exchange item!
