“These clothes are just beautiful. The fabric is so soft and flowy, with a range of beautiful quality prints. The sizing is very generous too, so go by the measurements not the label size. Would highly recommend these products.”

“Item was too small even though I checking the measurements. As I purchased on a Mother’s Day sale I now have to pay for return shipping. I don’t feel you should have to pay for return shipping if it doesn’t fit as your can’t try it on.”

Hi lovely! We're incredibly sorry to hear that you are not 100% satisfied with your recent purchase. As your order was purchased using a discount code, our policy requires return shipping to be paid by the customer, we only offer free returns on first orders and orders purchased at full price. We understand that this seems annoying but having one policy in place and abiding by it, it means that we are being fair to all of our customers which is very important to us. “I loved the style and print. Very flattering cut around the hem. It is really, really generous sizing though. I could have gone a small instead of a large, I even tried to shrink it in the washing machine, but that didn't work. I'm going to have to get it altered, I don't mind though because it's a great price, soft material, beautiful print and style and it came so quickly! Will definitely be looking for more peices”

“I purchased the Winter Rose Navy print "Eve midi" dress. I loved the cut as im big busted and wanted a V neck as it elongates your figure. It did just that. Lovely soft cotton and print is timeless. Very comfortable and true to size. So happy and good affordable pieces. Come on girls...buy your Lilac&Mila piece...you won't be disappointed!”

Hi Lovely, We're incredibly sorry to hear that you haven't received your parcel yet. 💕 I can't see that our customer service girls have been notified of this issue before your comment on this post. We do request that customers reach out to us directly when this happens as we cannot assist if we are unaware. Once the item has been packed and sent, the courier only provides updates to the customer so there is, unfortunately, no way for us to know that delays are occurring unless we are notified. From what I can see, your order was processed on Sunday the 1st of May and our girls sent it the following business day on the 2nd. The girls in the warehouse work super hard to get the orders packed as promptly as possible to ensure that you ladies can in turn receive your items quickly. We therefore completely understand how disappointing it is when there is a delay on the couriers end. We have contacted the courier for you and they have advised us that the parcel has finally been delivered. We would love to give you a $15 store credit to further apologise for the inconvenience. “Ordered dress and 2 tops. One shirt was suppose to be on dark blue background with bright flowers but mine was on grey background and the flowers dull so was disappointed. Dress and other were good.”

“I really like the Alby print Rue top. Shipping was a bit slow but so is everything from Aus at the moment. It came beautifully packaged and Lilac & Mila are not in control of the postal service. The top itself is very oversize. I am usually a 20 and went for a 16. I could have gone 14 and still had plenty of room everywhere.”

“The shipping was fast and the dress is beautiful, it's definitely one of my favourites. My only gripe is I have to wear a singlet underneath as there's no panel under the buttons and the dress gapes.”
