“The ordering of things is a bit difficult, only because on my phone it wants to take you back to the beginning. It will not make me order from someone else. I love the dresses, just wish it wouldn’t take me back to the beginning 😊😊😊😊”

“After contacting customer service when my order hadn’t been shipped, I found that one of the dresses I ordered had a fault and they were unable to source another one. The team then allowed me to pick an item of choice to replace it as an apology. More than anything, I’m thankful for their kind customer service, but only wish I had been contacted about the fault in my order before I got concerned and contacted them myself.”

“I have purchased several items from Lila & Mila, most recently the Zamba print Cyrus dress and I LOVE IT!!! Not only are the items Lilac & Mila sell wonderful, it is their outstanding customer service that will have me recommending them to all my friends and family, and my loyalty as a future customer. Shipping is amazingly fast and should you need to return an item it is a very easy process. You cannot go wrong shopping with Lilac & Mila xxx”

As stated in our store policy, we currently only offer returns for store credit, but this store credit never expires and you are welcome to purchase an alternate product. We also offer 60 day free returns instead meaning that we cover the cost of your return. “Designs are gorgeous however sizing between styles is very inconsistent. I purchased 3 different dresses all in the same size, one fit perfect, the next didn’t even do up and the 3rd didn’t do up.”

“I love your clothing. However, I think the cost for quality doesn't really add up. I always look at your style of dresses as more affordable alternatives to say Arnhem or Spell Designs, but really they're not that much less. Making it more tempting to go with a reliable brand rather than something considered fast fashion.”
