As stated in our store policy, we currently only offer returns for store credit, but this store credit never expires and you are welcome to purchase an alternate product. We also offer 60 day free returns instead meaning that we cover the cost of your return. We will take your feedback on and pass it along to our Senior Management team so we can make the Lilac and Mila shopping experience better :)

“The website is easy to navigate and the parcel arrived within a couple of days. Which was fantastic! The only downside is that your clothing is so popular many of the common sizes sell out quickly.”

“I’m still surprised how quickly my jacket arrived. All my other parcels have been taking 3-4 weeks and this delivery was 2 days. Emails and messages are answered super promptly and I love that you’re working with Nat from LMTBYB. An excellent collaboration that is giving so many women the courage to try new styles, prints etc. I will definitely be a returning customer. Thank you!”
