“Normally I don’t buy on line unless it is something I have bought previously. But I was knew to Natalie Angel’s website and she changed buying on line to a whole new level with showcasing the products perfectly. I did buy a dress, but had to return it because it was too tight in the bust and then the bottom on the dress too big! Your returns policy was terrific, better than a lot of other dress shops and easy as well. Haven’t received my refund yet, but will certainly keep my eye out for another outfit...... Christine Hawke.”

“The experience was fine and I received my order quickly was just disappointed that I had something in my cart and when I went to pay for both items it gave me an error and said it had sold out. Apart from that all good!”

“I just wanted to let you know that I found your website after a try on by the gorgeous Nat from LMTBYB so bought the Lulu Tessa maxi and I absolutely love it! AND can I just say that the customer service in replying to my emails was second to none! Will definitely be back in future! x”
