Delivery was super fast to Adelaide -within a few days - and that was during lockdowns in most states! Jaase dresses were gorgeous! Will order from Lilac and Mila again - especially if they have a sale or discount codes, because my Jaase addiction is becoming out of control…haha! ; )

Love the prints they have been releasing. Delivery time is very fast, with great communication. On the odd occasion I have had to return , it has been very streamline. Highly recommend shopping at Lilac & Mila.

I ordered on the 7th July and still have not received on 1st August. Disappointing as I wanted to wear to a bday party.

I’ve bought a few items from Lilac & Mila always sent an email as soon as I’ve purchased an item and kept me up to date with when they have posted with a tracking number I’m very happy

Top was nice however the sizing is shocking. The measurements on your page aren’t reliable. I downsized by 1 size thinking it looked big and went against your measurements. However I could’ve down sized 3 sizes and it would’ve still been flowy

Hi lovely, We're incredibly sorry to hear you weren't 100% happy with your purchase! We always do our best to provide as much sizing info as we possibly can as we totally understand the difficulties of online shopping. We have a sizing guide which is an average across all of our garments, however for garment-specific measurements please refer to the product description as we measure each and every item! We also include sizing advice, for example we recommend downsizing in the Chloe top as it is generous! We also do try-on videos over on our Instagram of our New Arrivals each week where we talk through sizing and fit to help our wonderful ladies pick their perfect size! We hope this helps! Bought and paid for dress and express shipping on 13/7 it’s now 1/8 still no dress no idea where it is just told to be patient now they won’t refund or resend my dress they are now ignoring me! I would NOT recommend this brand or business to anyone! Worst experience ever

Hi Alison, We're incredibly sorry to hear that you are not 100% satisfied with your recent experience with us. We are so sorry to hear that your item was delayed, we try our best to ensure this doesn't happen! We can see you ordered a Pre-Order item which was express shipped as soon as we received our stock. Unfortunately in this circumstance we experienced an issue with a new courier we were trialling, who we are no longer shipping with for this reason. We can see our girls pushed this issue with the couriers until your parcel arrived with you, and once again we are incredibly sorry for such a delay. This is something that was unfortunately out of our control, however we have resolved all the issues this recent experience has caused and as mentioned we won't be shipping with them in the future. We are now back to our super speedy delivery that our customers know and love! We hope we can turn this experience around for you soon. Love, The Lilac and Mila Girls xx

Shopping at Lilac & Mila is a pleasant experience. A full refund service would be appreciated on garments that just don't suit an individual but that wouldn't deter me from shopping again. Customer service is always responsive and very polite.
